1. Information We Collect

When you create an account, we collect your email address. When you make a purchase, we collect payment information through our Merchant of Record, Lemon Squeezy — we do not store credit card details directly.

Card and PayPal orders are processed by Lemon Squeezy as Merchant of Record, which collects your name, email, billing address and payment details to complete the sale and calculate taxes. Lemon Squeezy handles that data under its own privacy policy; we receive only the order details needed to issue and manage your license.

We also collect license activation data (a machine fingerprint hash) to enforce license terms. This fingerprint is a one-way hash and cannot be used to identify your hardware.

3. Analytics

With your consent, we use Google Analytics 4 (provided by Google) to understand how visitors use our website. Google Analytics sets cookies and processes your IP address, device and browser details and the pages you visit; Google handles that data under its privacy policy. It is loaded only after you click “Accept analytics” in the cookie banner, and you can withdraw consent at any time from the Cookie Policy page.

We also keep our own first-party statistics of page views and downloads. For each one we record the IP address, the country it resolves to, the browser user agent and the referring page, so we can see which countries our visitors and users come from. These statistics are used only in aggregate and are not sold; to resolve the country, the IP address alone may be looked up with the country.is geolocation service.

If you sign up for product updates, we store your email address, the page you signed up from, the time and the IP address of the request. We send one email asking you to confirm, and mail you only after you click its link. Updates cover releases, new features and offers for our products, a few times a year. Every email has an unsubscribe link; once you use it we stop mailing you and keep only the record that you unsubscribed. The list is sent through our own mail server and is not sold or shared. If we move it to our payment provider's email service, Lemon Squeezy, we will update this section first.

5. Cookies

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and to secure your session, and Google Analytics cookies only if you consent to them. We do not use advertising cookies. See our Cookie Policy for the full list.

6. Data Storage

Your data is stored on our self-hosted infrastructure. We do not sell, trade, or transfer your personal information to third parties beyond what is necessary to provide our services. We keep account and order records for as long as your account is active and as required for tax and accounting obligations.

7. Your Rights

You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time through your account settings or by contacting us. We will process deletion requests within 30 days.
