Risk Disclaimer

Last updated: October 2026

Trading and investing in securities, foreign exchange, CFDs and futures carries a high level of risk and may not be suitable for everyone. You can lose some or all of the money you invest, and leveraged products can lose more than your initial deposit.

FinCore Is Software, Not Advice

FinCore is a desktop tool for tracking and analysing your own accounts, portfolios and trading. Nothing in FinCore — including dashboards, forecasts, backtests, order recommendations, AI alert and deal reviews, advisers or scheduled strategy runs — is financial, investment, tax or legal advice, or a recommendation to buy or sell any instrument. We are not a broker, exchange, investment adviser or portfolio manager, and we never hold, manage or move your funds.

Automated Trading

When you connect FinCore to MetaTrader 5 terminals and enable advisers or scheduled strategies, orders are placed on your own accounts, under your control and on your instructions. Automated systems can fail: connections drop, data feeds are delayed or wrong, brokers reject or mis-fill orders, and software has bugs. You are responsible for configuring, supervising and stopping any automation you run, and for the security of the API keys you give it.

Data Accuracy

Prices, exchange rates, balances and performance figures come from third-party sources and from your own inputs, and may be delayed, incomplete or inaccurate. Check figures with your broker or exchange before acting on them.

Past Performance

Backtests, forecasts and historical performance do not guarantee future results. Simulated results have inherent limitations and do not reflect real trading costs, slippage or liquidity.

Your Responsibility

You alone are responsible for your financial decisions. Consider your objectives and risk tolerance, and seek advice from an independent licensed professional where appropriate. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we accept no liability for any loss arising from the use of FinCore — see the licence agreement and the Terms of Service.
